All custom pieces are uniquely designed and burned by hand. Once a design is approved, custom orders are
DESIGN APPROVAL
You will receive a mock up or sketch before burning. Your approval ensures accuracy and satisfaction.
PROCESSING TIMES
Typical turn around is 1-3 weeks. Seasons are complex designs may take longer, but I'll always communicate clearly.
SHIPPING
I carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please email CLEAR photos of the damage to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so I can assist you promptly.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All pieces are custom-made and approved by you before they are burned. Once a design has been approved and completed RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless the product arrives damaged.
Exchanges or replacements will only be made if the damage is due to a mistake on my end in those cases, I will re-create the SAME ITEM AND DESIGN that was originally ordered.
